Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the custom code and assets developed specifically for their project. Akshara Tech retains the right to use generalized components, frameworks, and methodologies in other projects.

Limitation of Liability

Akshara Tech's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
